We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss caused from installation, removal, repair, replacement, or use of this merchandise.

NORTH QUEEN AUTO PARTS LTD. warrant all used auto parts on a 120 day replacement basis only, unless otherwise specified on the reverse hereof. Date of purchase shown on your sales slip of the ORIGINAL PART is the start of the 120 day warranty. Any part replaced under this warranty will be covered for the balance of the origianl warranty period. Parts which are special ordered from other sources will carry the warranty of that supplier, and NORTH QUEEN AUTO PARTS LTD. assumes no liability with respect thereto.

COMPONENTS must be installed by licenced technicians. Improper installations will be rectified at customer's expense.

ENGINE WARRANTYcovers the "long block" only. Accessories such as the carburetor, throttle body, distributor, etc., which may have been left on the engine are not covered under the warranty. Failure to install a new rear main seal and timing belt will void warranty. All engines are equipped with a heat tab. If the engine is overheated and the center melts out, the warranty is void.

AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS are guaranteed functional assemblies. Front and rear seals, pan gasket and filter kit must be replaced prior to installation. No warranty on gaskets and seals.

STANDARD TRANSMISSIONS AND REAR-ENDS are guaranteed functional assemblies and not noisy. Gears are guaranteed intact at time of purchase. Cracked or broken teeth after sale are proof of abuse and will not be warranted. New inspection gaskets must be installed before installation.

OBVIOUS ABUSE, including operating the assembly when low on lubricant or coolant violates the warranty.

RADIATORS, HEATERS, AND BATTERIES are guaranteed not to leak and to operate effectively for the specified guarantee period stated by the seller.

"MIS-ORDERED", "MIS-DIAGNOSED", or NON-DEFECTIVE PARTS RETURNED are subject to a 20% handling charge if they are accepted for return by NORTH QUEEN AUTO PARTS LTD. Labour charges and freight charges are not refundable. Body sections cut to order are non-returnable. Any returned part must be accompanied by your sales slip. There are no returns after 10 days.

PARTS WHICH ARE DEEMED AT TIME OF SALE TO HAVE BEEN DEFECTIVE will be replaced under warranty. NORTH QUEEN AUTO PARTS LTD. shall at its discretion, provide either a replacement or a refund. Any warranty shall be void if the part(s) returned are not marked, or have been used for any purpose not intended by the manufacturer, improperly installed or maintained, disassembled or damaged, overheated, or used in high performance and/or off road use.

THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS!!! There is a replacement warranty only on defective parts. Electrical items are not guaranteed to solve your electrical problems, and we accept no responsibility for improper installation or diagnosis.

NO WARRANTY ON GLASS.

RETURNED PARTS MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN SOLD.
